Hi

I installed the new 2.16.1 on my openSUSE 12.1 laptop and I got some problems:

if I use "imdelete" or "ccdproc" I got the errors "segmentation violation", and of course I did not
have this problem with the 2.15 on the same computer

any help

thanks

gianni

Check that the 'cache' environment variable is something other than /tmp, e.g.

cl\$this->_split2($m[0]) show cache

There is/was a known bug in the code caused by a /tmp setting which can be fixed by resetting the cache directory to something like /iraf/cache/ (trailing '/' required) or by re-running the install script. Otherwise be sure that /tmp itself is not full, lots of strange problems are caused by a full disk.

Do tasks like IMSTAT that don't produce/delete any output work?
