 scopy: wavelength range problem

I am using scopy to copy portion of a spectra with starting and ending wavelengths w1 and w2. The rebin parameter is set to yes, so I would expect w1 and w2 to be exact (the spectra covers a region well beyond w1 and w2).

However, in some cases scopy will output a spectra with ending wavelength
