I find a similar topic here https://iraf.net/forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=1465779
However my system is linux 64 bit. After I download ftp://iraf.noao.edu/iraf/v216/support/linux64/x_crutil.e , put it in noao.bin.linux64 and make it executable, the problem still exists.

How to solve that?
