In fitting multiple Gaussian profiles in splot or fitprofs, is there a way to fix one center wavelength and let the others vary? There appears to be only the options of fixing all wavelengths, shifting all wavelengths or letting all wavelengths vary.... how to specify different options for different wavelengths?

Thanks!

AFAIK there's no way to do what you ask directly. One of the first things I might try is to specify INDEF as the wavelength you'd like to vary but this is a longshot.

A better method might be to just fit the fixed line singly and then subtract it once you get the measurements, then fit the rest of the blend allowing the centers to vary using the deblending option.
