hi,
My objective is to look for variations at the centre of some irregular galaxies. For this I have to match the intensity of the galaxy features (HII regiions) so that when I take the difference, all these galaxy features cancels out and only the varying the central part remains.
Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this.
I tried linmatch in immatch package. But it is not giving desired result.
Thanks in advance for your help.
regards,
vivek
