we can splot one spectrum easily.I know there are commands can convert 1 extension spectrum fits to ascii.
How about multi-extension spectrum?Generally there are four-extensions for iraf reduction spectrum.
I checked my spectrum fits files ,but did not find keys like crval. So how splot know the conversion factor between pixel and wavlength?

Try using SCOPY to extract the various planes of the data (e.g. see example 10 of the SCOPY help page) to individual 1-D images, then use WSPECTEXT to write them out as wavelength/intensity pairs.

I tried scopy but still,I only got pixel and intensity dataset.
The mainbody of the spectral fits file is pixel and intensity, not wavelength and intensity.
Splot should find out some key in spectral fits header.

Could you upload a sample image to the anonymous ftp at ftp://iraf.noao.edu/pub, or post a header here, so I can have a look? We may be thinking of two different types of images....

Thanks for the data, the following worked for me:
PHP Formatted Code
cl > scopy test .fits band1 .fits band =1
cl > scopy test .fits band2 .fits band =2
: : : :
cl > wspectext band3 .fits STDOUT
The output of WSPECTEXT is a FITS header followed by wavelength/intensity pairs.
