 how to distinguish the slit image in a 2d spectrum

Please check the image below.

There are many telluric lines in the image,but one of them should be the image of the slit.How to find it?
If I have got the spectrum,is there a convenient way to get the one-to-one wavelength-pixel relationship?Then I can know the wavelength along the dispersion in the image directly.
