Hi,I am trying to use the esowfi package to reformat the header of WFI fits files in
order to reduce them using mscred.
My operative system is Ubuntu Linux (64bits) and I installed iraf version 2.16.
The mscred package uses binaries built for the 64bits linux from the iraf.net
repository for version 2.16. I got also the esowfi from the same repository. When running esohdr on WFI files from the ESO archive (observation year 2002),
I obtain this error:esowfi> esohdr
List of raw ESO MEF files (*):

line 262: esowfi$src/esohdr.cl

I can't make sense of this error and I didn't find anything similar either
on the forum or elsewhere. Maybe, something got wrong with my
IRAF installation ?Thanks in advance for any help,
Dario

I think this is a problem in the new image template code. You can disable this and go back to the old code by doing[code]cl> reset use_new_imt = no[\code]If this fixes the problem, you can make the change permanent by editing the hlib$zzsetenv.def file where it is set, or by putting the above in your login.cl before the final 'keep' statement.
