There are no known problems with the task but something like this can happen because of some peculiarity in the data itself or the use of a specific parameter. In the past there've been problem tied to the e.g. 'combine' or 'reject' params so you might try unlearning the ZEROCOMBINE and COMBINE task to see if you can isolate a problem parameter.Otherwise, could you post your parameters (i.e. "dpar zerocombine" and "dpar combine") and upload the problem image to the anonftp on ftp://iraf.noao.edu/pub so I can try to reproduce the problem?

Dear fitz,Thanks, for your support!
So, I found where is the problem. Solution of problem is connected with the image header.
Solution: If the image header have in the header same keywords, for example:
CD1_1 = '-7.4E-5 '
CD1_2 = '2.E-6 '
CD2_1 = '2.E-6 '
CD2_2 = '7.4E-5 '
Any commands of IRAF software can't correctly operate with them.
For correctly operated same images we must remove from the header of fits files by using hedit command. Best regards!

The CD matrix values are reasonable (a scale of 0.26 "/pix and a rotation of ~1.5 deg), I suspect the problem is that your CRVAL1/2 keywords don't have any value. You can use the WCSRESET task to automatically remove (i.e. reset) the WCS from the headers.
