Hi all,I would like to determine the number of pixels of my spectra.
To do so, I decided to run IMSTAT from inside my CL script. My intention is to feed a variable with the result from the field "npix". However, I don't know what the syntax would be.Can anybody help me?Thanks in advance!

Try something like[code:1:6bd8aae018]imstat ("dev$pix", fields="npix", format-) | scan (i)
[/code:1:6bd8aae018]where the script variable 'i' will then contain the number of pixels.
