Hi all, I'm trying to run nsfitcoords but when I do it stops directly after listing the input files and output files telling me:Using input files:

Warning: Cannot open file (tmpout#---)
scanfile:where the # and --- are random numbers and letters denoting the specific file and it wants me to input a scanfile. I'm running this on a different system... MacOSX, Iraf2.14, and gemini1.10. Below are my input parameters. PACKAGE = gnirs

Hi Lorrie,Just a quick suggestion in case you haven't tried this already, but did you clean your uparm directory after the installation of v1.10 of the Gemini package?Emma

Hi,Mm, ok another option -if you haven't try it either- is to run all the process of reduction again from cero so all the temporal files and etcs are created and used, if necesary, one after the other.
