Hi, I have a little problem with a group of images:
I have several images (each per filter) of a field, and in some operation i cutted ONLY in 1 filter one of these images. Now I need to cut all the images in the other filters in the same position and with the same dimension of the image already cutted. Is there a task in IRAF that makes this cut automatically?
Thanks!

If the images all have a valid WCS, then have a look at the WREGISTER task as a way to register the images, e.g.[code:1:7fe199f2f2]cl> wregister uncut.fits cut.fits newcut.fits[/code:1:7fe199f2f2]The image will be trimmed and aligned as needed. See also other tasks in the IMAGES.IMMATCH package if this doesn't do it.Cheers,
-Mike

Could I ask you what command you used to cut the image in the first place?
It's crazy how hard the most basic bits of information are to find.
