Hi all,
I'm trying to run QPHOT task but this warning message appear : "graphic overlay not available for display device.". What should I do to fix the problem.

The message is normal and can be ignored, graphics overlays were never implemented.-Mike

Hi Mike,Thanks for the answer.So how to run the QPHOT task,because I noticed that the task run in interactive mode.Actually, I'm not familiar with the tasks in IRAF for photometry studies like how to determine magnitude, seeing, airmass etc.So hope you can give some advise on that.Naz.

Interactively you would run off of a contour plot or the image display. The examples in the help pages for things like QPHOT give you an idea of the steps involved, but see the 'Docs' section of the site here for the photometry cookbooks that will give you more details.-Mike
