Thanks for the quick reply. In my previous message, I should have put
-snip-'s in-- I just took the section out of the login.cl file. Our files
do have keep as the last line. I can just insert the line "digiphot" and that breaks it. If I then
remove that line, it works fine. -David

I have a user who specifies in his login.cl that the digiphot, daophot,
and nproto packages be loaded on startup. Here's a copy of the relevant
part of the login.cl:# List any packages you want loaded at login time, ONE PER LINE.
images # general image operators
plot # graphics tasks
dataio # data conversions, import export
lists # list processing
digiphot
daophot
nproto
This used to work, but I have recently upgraded to 2.12.2a from 2.12.1.
It now refuses to load the cl, with the following error:ERROR: task `digiphot' not found

Fatal startup error. CL dies.
---I am able to load stsdas from the login.cl. I can also load all 3
packages once I'm in iraf, if I take them out of the login.cl.I appreciate your time and any thoughts that you have.-David Edmeades
