Hi,
This is just to let you know that a couple of recent messages probably came your way from me. I was testing some of the mail facility on our Sun386i by sending mail to the local iraf account. There was a .forward file that pointed to you... I think it's because our version of Sun IRAF is 2.8alpha for the 386i and happened to have that file hanging around. Also, I have been having trouble accessing out 1/4 inch SCSI tape drive from IRAF. allocate seems to work, but I get error messages when I run wfits. Can you tell me what all needs to be set up to access it? I think I have the entry in dev$devices correct. Are there other files involved? ThanksAlan Welty
