» What is the STSDAS package? How can I get it? View Printer Friendly VersionSearch
The STSDAS package is a science software package maintained and distributed by the Space Telescope Science Institute and consists of applications software, utility packages, and support software used to calibrate and analyze data from the Hubble Space Telescope. It is a layered package on the distributed IRAF system, so you must have IRAF installed and running before you can install STSDAS. Note that STSDAS also requires the TABLES package.

The package is available from ftp.stsci.edu/pub/software/stsdas or from our archive's /contrib directory. Questions should be directed to help@stsci.edu.
