IRAF v2.16.1 Patch Now Available

We're planning to move to new hardware for the main iraf machine sometime soon and can perhaps do this when the FTP archive is reorganized. Since we don't provide package bundles for these systems in the distribution directory I'm not sure what the automated tasks would do even if they found a new version, my main concern is in not creating orphan hyperlinks on web pages, forums, README, etc.
