"24-bit" XImtool -- Beta Release Now Available

Definite support for Cygwin is needed. The up comming migration of the MLO data taking computers to run on Windows systems solely is making the use of cygwin necessary for on site image reduction. The XImtool is used by multiple observers as a way for focusing, seeing and other tests as well as watching the images as they are taken over the night.
