BUG:	When the new feature was added to allow an attempt to automatically
	determine the dispersion function, values of the parameters 'crval'
	and 'cdelt' both set to INDEF (the default parameter values) was
	supposed to skip the automatic identification.  An oddity of the CL
	prevented these tasks from seeing this case and so they always try
	to do an automatic solution.  With a large spectrum and a large
	line list and no guidelines as to the correct dispersion this can
	cause the tasks to take a very long time at the step where the
	dispersion is determined.  The workarounds are to set these values
	to something close to what is expected or to use a short line
	list.

STATUS:	Fixed for the next release.
