BUG:	When the number of reference files is greater than one and equal to
	the number of input files, xyxymatch and ccxymatch are using the
	last file in the reference file list as the reference file, instead
	of matching the input and reference files one to one.

STATUS:	The problem was caused by a missing break statement in both cases.
	The work-around is to run xyxyatch and ccxymatch once for every
	reference and input file pair or use a script to do the file
	management. Fixed for the next patch.
