BUG:	If the scale parameter is set to other than one and the PSF
	being measured is sufficiently small then the computed PSF
	sizes will be incorrect.  The workaround is to use a scale
	of 1 to compute widths in pixels and then convert to some
	other scale separately.

STATUS:	Fixed in NMISC V12-p2
