NUMBER: 324 MODULE: photcal.mkapfile,photcal.apfile SYSTEM: V2.10 DATE: Mon Jan 29 17:13:22 MST 1996 FROM: davis BUG: The mkapfile/apfile tasks can go into an infinite loop while fitting the seeing radius RO for an image if the input image objects are not stars, e.g. are cosmic rays or galaxies. Objects for which there is no good data at all can produce a floating point error in the plotting code because the data limits of the plot are not being set properly. STATUS: Both problems have been fixed for the next release of IRAF and in the version of photcal in the external addon package digiphotx. For both problems the workaround is to eliminate the bad data from the input photometry file.
