BUG:	Errors in the catalog and observations variables were not being
	added to the total error computed for an observation by the fitparams
	task if these variables were used in a set equation, the set equation
	was then used in one or more of the transformation equations, and the
	weighting parameter was set to photerrors. 

STATUS: The bug is fixed in iraf 2.10.3. Possible workarounds include use of
	the weighting=equations option and avoiding the use of the set
	equations in transformations equations.
