BUG:	The ability to extract and operate on long slit images using the
	dispaxis/nsum parameters does not work.  There is no workaround;
	which is particularly unfortunate since TOONEDSPEC is no longer
	available.  One must resort to APEXTRACT to extract 1D spectra
	from long slit images.

STATUS:	Fixed in V2.10.1
