BUG:	The apphot tasks were failing to close up the coordinate files
	in the case that 1) the number of input images was greater
	than one and 2) the input coords parameter was set to 'default'.
	If the input image list was sufficiently long the task could run
	out of file descriptors producing a system error.

STATUS:	The bug is fixed in 2.10.0. The workaround is to break the image
	lists into smaller groups (<= ~ 60).
