BUG:	The randomization of the galaxy size distribution when using the
	Schecter luminosity function is incorrect.  Instead of a 20% range
	about the scaled eradius/sradius for a given magnitude a range of
	100% is computed coupled with a reduction of the size by a factor
	of 2.5.

STATUS:	There is no workaround for the increased dispersion but the factor
	of 2.5 in the size can be compensated by adjusting the eradius
	parameter.  This has been fixed in V2.10
